Refund Policy

If any products supplied by Carmajé are found to be defective, or damaged during transit, Carmajé ® will gladly exchange the products or refund your money. Please return the goods with your proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase to: Carmajé - 20 Constance Court, Newport, Q 4020.

Please return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase date, outlining briefly the reason for return.

Carmajé ® does not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning/exchanging goods. Freight charges for returned / exchanged goods are outlined in “terms and conditions”.


Freight Information

All Carmajé ® products are packed to protect against damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. Each item is carefully bubble wrapped prior to dispatch. If your goods are damaged during transit, please return for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

All products are dispatched from our warehouse within five (5) working days of receipt of payment - usually within two (2) working days. Customers will receive notification via email when orders have been dispatched. Customers can expect to receive orders generally within three (3) working days from dispatch date. Note – these are expected times are for Australian customers only.

Freight for deliveries within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $ 9.95 incl GST for general freight using Australia Post or our Courier service or $12.95 for Express Post. Please note that our Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. In this case we will use Australia Post. We will endeavour to use the quickest freight method possible to your destination. For example, we use our Courier service for delivery to all major Metropoliatn Areas and Australia Post for most addresses outside major metropolitan areas. Please note, we recommend Express Post to orders in WA due to postal and courier delays to this region. If you are outside of Australia, please contact us for the approximate cost of postage. Carmajé ® takes all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the delivery time nominated. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from Courier Services, Carmajé ® will not be held accountable.
