This gorgeous Toner does not contain alcohol and is not an infused water but rather the by-product of obtaining Orange Blossom (Neroli) Essential Oil through steam distillation, therefore retaining many of the nutrients of the Essential Oil which is known to be a fantastic tonic for congested skin, whilst Comfrey Extract contains allantoin and is credited with healing properties.

This truly is a fantastic skin tonic.

Directions	Apply to cleansed skin before your moisturiser to restore skin to Ph neutral. An excellent pick-me-up spritzer for use at any time throughout the day.
