Orange Hommus

Orange Hommus

This is a the easiest & tastiest Hommus I've ever had.

One I always get asked to bring to BBQs now...

what you need -
1 can of organic chickpeas (400g)
1 clove of garlic
50ml chickpea liquid
50ml organic hulled tahini
juice & zest of 1 small orange
1 tsp each of ground cumin & coriander
1 tsp organic maple syrup
sea salt

how -
1. Blend chickpeas and garlic in a food processor until smooth
2. Add tahini, and orange juice and zest and blend again.
3. Add ground spices and season with salt and maple syrup to taste
4. Serve with crispy flatbread & Cruton veges (carrots, beans, celery ...)
