Freight information

All Carmajé ® products are packed to protect against damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure you receive your products in good condition. Each item is carefully bubble wrapped prior to dispatch. If your goods are damaged during transit, please return for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

All products are dispatched from our warehouse within five (5) working days of receipt of payment. Customers will receive notification via email when orders have been dispatched. Customers can expect to receive orders generally within three (3) working days from dispatch date. Note – these expected times are for Australian customers only.

Freight for deliveries within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $7.95 plus GST. If you are outside of Australia, please contact us for the approximate cost of postage. Carmajé ® takes all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the delivery time nominated. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays from Courier Services, Carmajé ® will not be held accountable.
